EDIT: i updated his design and more info i guess

Moontale Rotis change his outfit during daytime and nighttime, all from the necklace he was wearing

If part of the necklace is gone he will lost that magic and became weaker

Example, he can’t survive daytime without the sun from his moon necklace and can’t see in the dark without the star from his moon necklace and might not be able to put stars on the sky too

Moontale Rotis is like a speech, he was like those old people, “a wise man once said...” sometimes rhyming the words
