Happy birthday to this adorable puppy faced giant moose baby!!!!! He literally deserves everything and beyond… to quote Sam Winchester, he’s “too precious for this world”… I hope he has a marvellous year ahead♥️♥️

Saw a juvenile moose on the way to church this morning. An honest to goodness moose. Out of the corner of my eye I saw something moving and thought it was a large dog, and thought, no, no, it must be a deer. (Deer are not uncommon to see around our neighborhood, but in May, it’s pretty late for them to be coming down off the mountain.) Then I finally looked properly, and it was a MOOSE!
I’ve only ever seen moose from a distance when hiking, and one other place. It was so weird to see it just casually loping across the elementary school lawn.
Poor thing was probably lost.
