There he was; the not-so-wild Colress in his natural habitat. Stalking her quarry carefully, Rosa kept an eye on the older man as he moved back and forth, labcoat billowing behind him majestically — oh, who was she kidding. It was just Colress, pacing back and forth, pondering over something. A mystery on the researcher’s mind?

“Hey, Mister Researcher! I have come to deliver you despair and terror!" The way she phrased her announcement was all right — it was her cheery tone of voice that ruined whatever villainous effect she was going for. At least she managed the cheesy pose normally associated with most Pokemon related teams trying to take over the world.

Rosa used Bubble Beam!

Out of nowhere she’d taken out a small bottle of bubble soap and a bubble wand. With a gentle blow, she sent one bubble to pop delicately against the scientist’s face. Kind of a soapy first kiss to give the man, but she’d kiss the surly sourpuss of a man when Spoink could Fly. At least she had the decency to not let the bubble pop near his eyes. Just against his cheek.
