Question about your graph for the total amount of x for each classic Doctor: What constituted an audio story for each Doctor? You list the first three Doctors having little to 0 audio stories, but there are the Companion Chronicles for each of them.
Sorry! I tried to explain all that after the “Read More” cut, but it was a long post. Let me see if I can explain differently.
TL;DR: Some of those graphs list the actors’ names, and only include those stories for which the actor was present. Other graphs are listed under “First Doctor,” “Second Doctor,” and so on, and those graphs do include audio dramas in which the character of that Doctor was present, even if the actor wasn’t.
Or, to be more specific…
1) I started the post with a batch of pie-charts. The first six pie charts are all filed under the actors’ names. So, for instance, Jon Pertwee recorded a few audio dramas as the Doctor before he passed away, but I haven’t found any recordings by Troughton or Hartnell.
2) On the bottom row of pie charts, I have 3 smaller pie charts for the Doctors as characters: First Doctor, Second Doctor, and so on. Those charts include audio dramas for One and Two, because, as you say, there’s Companion Chronicles and many other stories told through the eyes of companions that feature various Doctors. (I just finished listening to Farewell, Great Macedon with William Russell and Carole Ann Ford carrying the torch for William Hartnell and Jacqueline Hill.)
3) Then, within the body of my post, after the cut, I go into more depth.
3a. There’s a bunch of bar graphs. If you look carefully, most are in pairs: again, the left-hand bar graphs are for the actors (William Hartnell, Colin Baker, etc), while the right-hand graphs are for the characters of the Doctors. The darker color on each bar represents TV/video, the lighter color represents audio. If you look closely, you’ll notice that while I’ve got Hartnell and Troughton listed entirely as TV/Video, under “First Doctor” and “Second Doctor,” I’ve got audio stories listed— quite a few!
3b. I’ve got some graphs of “Audios voiced by original actor.” There, the darker part of the color bar represents “voiced by original actor”— e.g. the Fourth Doctor is in the story, and Tom Baker recorded it. The lighter-color part of the bar means the Doctor was voiced by other people (as when Louise Jameson or Lalla Ward record Companion Chronicles.) On the right-hand side of that chart, I’ve got some ratios. 0/49 doesn’t mean zero audio dramas; it means “zero out of the First Doctor’s 49 audio dramas were voiced by William Hartnell.”

I don’t hate the concept. I just think that it, like most romantic relationships in Classic Who, was handled poorly. Yrcanus was just another man who fancied Peri. We have one of those in almost every Peri story. Yrcanus was no different.
Oh, it could have been handled better, I’ll grant you that. But I’m not sure I’ll agree that Yrcanos was “no different” than the rest. She might have felt some feelings for Jek, but those feelings were just pity and fear. She could never have been happy with him. As for the Borad ... well, that’s was just a pervy dinosaur. Then there’s Jobel, a character no one took seriously, not even Peri. Again, just a perv.
Yrcanos wasn’t a perv, he was a warrior king. He was just interested in the glory of battle. Since he was interested in Peri as a warrior queen he saw her strength as something that would be advantageous for him. It was only later, when he learned about “love” (god was a trope that is) that he began to think more deeply for her. Could Peri have been happy with him? I think so.
