Food Diary - 21/01
Right so I'm pretty annoyed with myself today.. (I wonder if I'll EVER stop saying that) I had a frankly horrible day at work, this woman who I work with pissed me off so much that I just had to have chocolate and I went overboard a little. On the positive it would have helped bring my calorie levels back up a bit (I'm still on too much of a deficit, I struggle with snacking..) I wasn't going to post any of this, I find it pretty hard but I feel myself slacking and I hate it so time to be honest...
Anyway
Breakfast: Skipped due to last nights snack of 6 slices of toast with butter and marmite.
Lunch: Tuna omelette fried in organic greek olive oil (purchased fresh and sourced so locally from Rhodes that the bottle doesn't even have a label) excuse a little olive oil love there.. accompanied with a smoothie with milk, almond milk, oats, frozen berries, honey and a scoop of hot chocolate powder.
Dinner: Home made vegetable stew, with leeks, onions, swede and potato.
Snack: A twirl, and Cadbury "Snack" bar, and a white chocolate topped flapjack.
I suppose I feel bad because I'm real tired, It's nothing really to stress about, i just keep thinking of the bad it's all done..
AND tbh I think it's the fact that I don't snack, which creates a deficiency in nutrients and energy which is why I have tendencies to binge... Acknowledging the problem and the cause is a start to solving it!
