I’ve got an interview tomorrow so I guess I’ll find out how much of a big deal it is then. But I can’t quite bring myself to dye it to something I hate unless a job is reassured.

Go for it. The Optimum discs are excellent, if you want to buy the seasons separately, as is The Avengers 50th Anniversary Boxed Set (it’s all the same content as the Optimum DVDs, but cheaper if you’re buying the whole series).
