favorite indian soap opera? my mom was obsessed with those so it was all i watched for a very long time...
how the fuck do I describe what this series means to me. girl in the water less state of rajasthan who gets child married to this guy who's barely an year older than her but she still helps him with his math homework. they get separated till they're 18 because he ran away and she got shot trying to save him from child trafficking then they reunite then he cheats on her then she divorces him and marries another guy and the saas in THAT house fucking hates her so much that she starts sneaking COCAINE in her laddoos and it gets so bad that she starts sleep walking and every morning without fail she ends up on the roof then she dies (unrelated to the cocaine) but her children survive but they're separated and then the last 84 eps are about her daughter who was uh. who was also almost child married but that never happened anyways the ending is more or less "this truly was our balika vadhu"
i always unwittingly end up rewatching this with my mom cause she always puts it on when it airs and i've lost count after our 16th rewatch.
