hey, it's me again, i wrote about the japanese scholarship essay, and I finished the main part.... How would I write "Why do you think you are a good ambassador"? I have the ideas for it, but I don't know how to put it together, and how to word it... :( x

It depends on how you’ve written the rest, try and keep it in the same kind of tone. Use phrases such as “Personally” “in my opinion” “I believe” rather than simply “I am”. You need to write in a sophisticated manner, I am assuming. I could help you out more if I knew what you had to write about, but hopefully that gives you some ideas. hey, so i have to write an essay for a japanese scholarship (in english) and i have to write it within the next 2 weeks. what would you suggest writing? have to include reasons why i want to go, what i believe i will learn, how it will benefit me academically, personally, and with career (i want to be a vet) and why i would be a good ambassador for my school. I honestly have no idea what to include :( :( any help appreciated

So you basically have to talk yourself up, yes? Think of it as kind of like a cover letter for a resumé. All of the things you said are great things to include - it sounds like a great opportunity and if you feel that way too, you need to be sure that your writing expresses that clearly. Being a good ambassador for your school, include things like if you have been a member of a school organisation (representative council etc.), played for sports teams (shows you don’t just contribute academically), and any other extra curricula activities you have been a part of (debate team, public speaking, drama etc.). Why do you personally want to go? Obviously if you are applying, you must have reason - speak from your heart, I assume that they want the most enthusiastic and capable student. You need to sell yourself, show them you are fabulous! If you need someone to edit/help/read your essay, don’t hesitate to message me :)
