The La Quinta Inn & Suites hotel in Bloomington, Indiana was merely one week old when I checked in. Everything was new and fresh, and the people were excited about their new jobs and opportunities! The stay was wonderful even though I spent very few waking hours there. I worked 13 hours on Saturdayand when we finished loading the truck and trailer, which were filled to maximum capacity, it was 10:00pm and I started my drive home. The drive back was slow but steady. The heavy weight and odd and tall shapes that were being hauled made me very cautious. I had to stop a couple of time because I just couldn’t keep my eyes open. One of those times I parked just off the freeway on an undeveloped cul de sac. While I was napping, I was awakened by a tap on my window. I started awake and there stood a man looking down at me. He said he just wanted to make sure I was alright. That was kind. But then he told me I was very beautiful when I slept . . . Ummmmmm! A bit too weird for me! I left. When I got back and told my family this story my 25 year old daughter said, “Mom was almost murdered!” These are desperate times! #gladimhome #newprojectloomtoworkonthisyear #moreworkpotential #timetohiresomehelp #weirdstuffseemstoonlyhappensinotherstates (at Small Dog Weaving Mill) https://www.instagram.com/p/BzMO9xjJInN/?igshid=dhyzk0trspdy
