Morf Dalilce's changed by far the most (especially since there's mostly just two who've changed at all).
They were initially going to be a comically obvious "twist" villain. The name derives from my utterly failing to make an anagram of "lord of malice"
I think they're decent enough, but I don't think we'd get along well
