Recent crochet work. I find hot water bottles work better than the wheat bags that go in the microwave. I made a cover for mine.

Recent junk journal spreads. I haven't been making much art, but I do junk journal collages occasionally.
Junk journal spread. I made with the packaging from the blind boxes. I drew the school in the background as the paper I used was just the right colour for it.

I made a junk journal entry for a Frida Kahlo exhibition I went to with my art group. I liked that the exhibition wasn't just about her art but also the things she owned. I'm hoping to get out to more exhibitions soon.

Recent cooking: Fire cracker beef stir-fry with egg fried rice and crispy onions, ricotta gnocci pasta bake with bolognese sauce, meat lovers pizza with homemade pizza sauce and homemade bases, summer roast potato salad, little sticky date cakes with butterscotch sauce and ice cream and long Island iced tea cocktails.
