“Wow, you look really amazing,” Addison said, a smile on her face. Her eyes widened at her own words and she felt a blush spread on her cheeks. “I mean- well, your costume looks really amazing. I wasn’t saying that you- but you look amazing too... as, you know, a person. I’m just... I should stop talking now.”

“Do I have to?” Ariel sighed on the phone as she walked through the elevator doors that had just opened up.Pressing one of the elevator buttons, she then continued with her phone conversation.”No..no, don’t order anything for me. I doubt I’ll be wearing a costume.. if I decided to attend the gala. I-..” She broke off as the elevator ceiling lights suddenly began to flicker and the next thing Ariel knew, the elevator box gave a sudden jerk and abruptly stopped moving.  Instinctively placing a hand on the elevator wall to steady herself just in time, Ariel then groaned as she immediately realized the situation she was now in. “Oh you’ve got to be kidding me.”
