Drdd au update!?

@wayward-weigh-in - yo I'm really sorry this took 5 million years for the wait but yea I did it and did my promise to tag you for the redesigns. Though I know this crazy but these are not the final designs...I need to make more to make it right. I am starting to learn character design so I think this will help me more with all the drdd au designs or other designs but Hironobu and Moriyo 3rd redesign is going to be this for now while, when i start other ones but I do actually like these designs. (Sorry for the yap)

-i was going to place their updated personalities and character backgrounds or just there character but I'm still not finish with that. I am going to make chart of all there designs together to pick and choose what I like and don't like in those designs.

-I did make design sheets for Monaca and Jataro because why not but I am going to some designs changes for them especially for jataro hair I am going to make it little simpler for me. Just for fun I am going to make different designs for them too. All the characters in the drdd au are going to have more designs than one because i do want fun designs for lot of things planned i have in mind.

-I also did some sketchs of all four them of their face expressions just wanted to test some out.

-Hironobu old body chart (on the right) doesn't really count but the information on it does. But I do need to learn more on muscles for my girl Moriyo and just different body types but I think I'm doing good with them for now.

-other character designs I am going to make next is Nagisa, Kotoko, Hikaru, Mitsuki, and Manglekuma but that's going to take while but I will make head shots for all of the characters to make some design for them how they look but not it's not final. I am so excited making this au but my laziness will make this longer.

I know I always say this I been having artblock a lot this year but I am going to draw different things after I do a kemsugi wip drawing and kemsugiweek drawings after I take a break.

This is the first drawing i did in digital art this month. I have been kind of busy outside of drawing, not doing anything digital art, but i am doing a lot of traditional art. But I wanted to sketch their side faces and love how they turned out, and I am 95% done with their body sheets. The drawing part is all done, but I stopped at the info part because I didn't do a lot of Moriyo's yet.

Update

The big update is that I'm the new owner of the DRDD AU. My friend told me about this a month ago. I would tell you guys the news very much earlier, but I was so tired and wanted a break from drawing that month i just wanted to be lazy, but I have been busy with other things, so I kinda forgot to tell you guys, sorry.

But let me tell you, I was so so happy like so happy when I got told the news about me being the new owner for my 1st favorite AU ever!!! I have definitely lot of plans for this and character designs I want to draw.

I want to say Pretzelhugs is still going to be a canon ship in this AU. I wasn't going to change it anyway because I love them. But I am definitely going to explore a lot of relationships in this au, especially ships I want to add, like romantic and platonic or both. Writing is not my strongest skill, but I will try to learn for this AU, but i will take this very slow and just draw the characters and ideas because burnout is very real and happens for me a lot of the time plus the artblock.

Sneak peeks of my redsigns ✨️

Sooo um, I was doing Hironobu character sheet, but it got deleted somehow because my power was acting up and didn't save it... that was a week ago like I was already having artblock, but that made me so mad that i didn't do art for days. I literally cried little because brooo all that work gone. That week passed. I was feeling a little better, so I wanted to do Moriyo redsign that made me happy little.

I'm just going to draw their redesigns together to not overwork myself. But I am going to do their character sheets when I feel like it.

Announcement!!!

I'm so sorry for lying on yall about actually working on Hironobu and Moriyo characters I'm really not, but I really promise to do it when I finish the drawing I'm doing in slow snail speed and do Hironobu redesign.

It's like, it's really new for me to actually work on a character an OC of mine because I never did that before in my life 😭 and probably I'm going to make both of their introductions into videos probably part 2-4 of their backstorys, deaths(motives and what they do in the au) and questions I did for myself for them. Oh yea and design sheets for both of them.

Hironobu, being a survivor to a different killing game that makes me have to make his killing game, so let's add that to the pile to do...

But I need to do my 4 wips left and promise to do my danganronpa redsigns after those 😕 so maybe I can squeeze all that in the middle of all that. Spring break is coming, so that will help me.

So I hope all of you understand I have a lot to do and I want to happen.

Wait can you tell me why you see Monaca x Moriyo as doomed yuri???

Monaca and Moriyo relationship I want to work on more because it's so interesting to do.

Why I see as that because both of them have their lot of struggles to break, right so some struggles are with people especially with Moriyo I want their friendship to grow by each chapter It goes slow but their trust grows with eachother because you it's realistic. Moriyo trust with people is very low but if she trusts you enough she would protect them with her life, and that person is Monaca where she the first person in the killing game she trust and helps her. Like to think both of them need eachother for things that no one can give them. Monaca hanging out with Moriyo more than others just to chat and talk to eachother is a good way to them to know eachother more than they realize and it's a good way how they bond with people in general. Like to think if Monaca feels she threaten probably she go's to Moriyo for help.

Chapter 3 is the chapter that Moriyo dies and that's when Monaca probably actually feels guilt and grief for her death. Monaca being mad when Moriyo dead too. like imagination having someone in a killing game your building trust with as you almost begining to seeing them as a friend you trust and boom they died by someone that would make you so depressed and so much grief.

a sad fact that Monaca was Moriyo first actually friend that didn't hurt her in her life. So Moriyo saying something like that to Monaca probably would make her seeing her death more heartbreaking. Like Moriyo is a good person but her childhood with people wasn't good at all like the only person she trusted as a kid was her dad.

I wanted to say more but my explaining and writing skills are not the best so have this.

Besides they are both pretty girls why wouldn't they have small crushers on eachother.

yea both like chocolate but hironobu isn't really a chocolate lover but he will eat it
