the ballad of Vanessa...

this interview is of a girl i have known for more than 14 years, Vanessa. i remember when she was just a small little curly haired girl. she was one of the first persons to become my close friend. she gave me some of my favorite and greatest memories of my childhood and i thank her with all my heart for that. meet this now beautiful young woman in the interview below.

what is your favorite food?

i love seafood its delicious you could either eat it raw or cooked.

one quote that you have always loved is....

when you helped me escape the guy that was on to me, on the same couples bridal shower and wedding party he wasn't he even invited to.

if you could travel back in time to what year would it be and why?

i don't think I'd want to go back honestly, because i am fine with now.

who is your MCM? 

i have several but one of them is the canadian actor jay baruchel.

favorite romantic chick flick. 

it's a tie between she's out of my league and what's your number.

when you hear the word feminist what pops into your head?

honestly i feel that people have their own meaning when it comes to feminism. i like being neutral when it comes to men and women rights i feel some women define it the wrong way and see it as a way to bash out on men.

if you had to choose be stranded in an island with kanye or jay z who would it be?

kanye. i don't know why.

favorite t.v show to watch is....

friends it's the only show i've watched completely other than that i've watched shows half assed.

live with out your weave or with out your red lipstick?

without my weave i never thought i'd say that even though i don't use weaves but i do use hair extensions. red lipstick would be hard for me to let go of.

tell me an embarrassing story about you...

i was at my friends wedding and one of her cute cousin in laws asked for my number and my fake eyelash was coming off from a corner, i had no idea what to do he didn't seem to care though he probably didn't notice.

how do you describe family?

people who love you, regardless of your flaws and differences.

what are some things you are planning to do this summer?

i’m planning on hiking more and continue doing yoga, and becoming a better person not just with others but myself but i guess that's all season not just summer.

if you got to be friends with a super hero who would it be?

captain america i'm in love with his character and chris evans.

you guys like sports a little bit but if you had to pick a football team who would it be? 

i would pick the patriots, for the wrong reasons maybe brady.

what is a pet peeve you have towards people?

i have several just like anyone else but one of them is when people try to make themselves seem interesting, like full of themselves i guess but they try to seem modest.

sing in front of people or dancing by yourself in front of people ?

i'd rather dance by myself in front of people.

if you can change something in your life what would it be?

i guess my hair i wish i had long natural black wavy hair. 

describe the girl that asked you all these questions.....

she's nice and mean in a necessary way of course and i love it, some people are awful so you have to be mean. she dresses up nice and i envy her eyebrows and her nice long black hair. 

once you meet Vanessa she is a great partner in crime and she is the only person i know that can always pull off that black/white clothes. she has the nicest and biggest heart and when you are around her you always want to laugh and smile.
