Trying out the VIC-II Kawari, an FPGA replacement for the MOS-6557 VIC-II chip at the heart of the Commodore 64. This one can output a bunch of video higher fidelity video signal types, adds extra VRAM, can switch between NTSC and PAL on a whim, and even lets you redefine the color palettes at your choosing (which is honestly the coolest thing I think it does).
