I’ve drawn these designs many times behind the scenes but never posted them because I don’t think they turned out well. And not because I think the designs are bad, but because I don’t have an artstyle for humans that I’m satisfied with.

I love simple cartoony art styles but when drawing humans I can’t help but add a certain amount of detail to it, and when I try to simplify it, it just looks half baked. Funnily enough, I think the simpleness of the mii’s will help me draw them in a way I actually like

all in the same day i saw jim having a pint before the screening of bill started, then he was sat in the audience a few rows in front absolutely CRACKING UP at his own film, THEN i met him after where he clocked my accent and proceeded to thank me for being from yorkshire because we largely funded the film. as if i personally gave him coin for it. all you need to know is mr howick is a legend
