Recipe :
300ml soya milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
4 tbsp rolled oats (blend till fine)
1/2-1 tsp Korean red ginseng extract (depending on your preference)
1 tsp honey
Some strawberries
Some blueberries
Some pistachio nuts (chopped)
Pudding cups
Method:
1) Add soya milk to mixing bowl.
2) Add blended oatmeal and chia seeds.
3) Add Korean red ginseng extract and honey. Mix well together.
4) Pour mixture into pudding cups. Cover and set them overnight in the fridge.
5) Top with some strawberries, blueberries and chopped pistachio nuts before serving.
