what are bioterms

I reblogged a post not long ago about it, but basically bioterms are how someone wants you to refer to their body.

For example, if someone uses bird bioterms, they might want their mouth and nose to be referred to as they’re beak, they’re arms referred to as their wings, their hair referred to as feathers, etc. Or if someone uses, say, canine bioterms, they might want u to refer to they’re hand and feet as paws, mouth and nose as snout or muzzle, teeth as fangs, hair as fur, and so on.

These are typically used by alterhuman or people in similar communities, but rly anyone can use them if they want.
