Here she is!
Still no eclosure. Though the other polyphemus has caught up with the first one. Now I have two sausages.
The luna moths are showing formation of wingspots, so that’s cool. Tiny seems to be doing fine and not suffering any visible problems from her unusually small size.
Look at this ridiculous bugchild. That light colored stuff? That’s his fuzz showing through the segments of the pupal shell. Like.
Bug boy, you are a little puffy sausage. Get out of there.
I mean. Look at this beb. He’s all swollen and his shell is really soft and you can see the wing patterns in there.
Waiting is hard.
One of my little polyphemus pupae is gonna pop probably in the next 24 hours. Maximum 48. Stay tuned.
