All I want to do is play pokemon and watch psych for the rest of my life, is that too much to ask?
You're a great big nerd and a really good friend.
I think I might be asexual, but with all human contact. I just really don't like having friends, it creates such an anxiety in me that it does more harm than good. I'd rather talk to people I really don't know about my problems that try to talk to friends... Maybe I just have shitty friends.
You know spring has sprung when you can hear loons having sex
Whispers of the waves
I wish I was deep in the ocean,
Alone in that mystery realm.
To look to see the streaming sun,
A sight that overwhelms.
To be surrounded by the quiet,
And to see the flowing grass.
To feel the power of the currents,
Not so calm beneath the glass.
From the deep, a song will echo,
Whispered through the foam.
Pulling me away from land,
Into Poseidon’s loving home.
View points and arguments about religion, body image and gender equality are basically the same.
There is one type you're supposed to be, and if you're not it, you're wrong or bad.
Lots people (sometimes the majority) are actually not that type. Some of them are trying their hardest to be that type, or be equal to that type and just feel miserable because they are still shamed by others for it, or they don't give a flying F.
If you are the type that you are "supposed" to be, you look down on others and shame them for things they can't control or demand that they change.

So in class yesterday we had written an essay on a poem about blackberry picking and were grading each other's essays
The one african american girl in the entire school was wearing a purple dress and the teacher was like "Okay purple one, your turn"
We all giggled, and then I opened my mouth and just said "Blackberry"
....
I didn't mean it to be racist or anything, I would have said it if she were white too, but the look she gave me was intense and I felt really bad.
I'm treating you like I would treat any other person, the circumstances were just bad, if it had been blueberries, grapes, plums, eggplant, anything purple I would have said it either way.
It just had to be blackberries didn't it.
