In last Jarmusch’s movie, Paterson, an enigmatic Japanese man compares reading translated poetry to "taking a shower with a raincoat on”, I don’t remember if he was quoting someone else but this image stuck with me.
On a side note, I was part of the first annual Motion Awards winners last week, in the category Best New Talent! It’s such an honor and I’m very grateful to anyone who voted for me!
