My OC I’ve drawn as a huge statue carved out of a mountain! Very proud of this one in particular.
//The Ascent - Prologue
Fallen autumn leaves rustle across the road as the Red Knight accelerates past. Rapdily approaching the first series of corners, the cold darkness behind him briefly lights up a bright red as he heel-toes before aiming for the first apex. Like a warrior swinging his sword at his adversary, the one-six screams up to seven thousand as he grabs third and charges through corner after corner. He approaches the first section of straight road and lays into to the throttle. Taching out third he shifts into fourth and continues to accelerate up the pass. The moonlite trees begin to blur and the next set of corners are fearlessly battled with hardly a lift of throttle. His heart rate begins to rise as he nears the rev-limiter of fourth. An oncoming car goes in and out of sight in almost an instant, a wave of surprise and mystery overcomes the occupents of the family sedan. "Why would anyone be driving with such pace up here?" "There was a younger woman up at the top overlooking the night sky, maybe she's waiting on him..?" His car could be heard from the overlook, she knew he was getting close. She predicted every backfire from his downshifts, every scream from the tires, and every application of the throttle through the echoing sound off of the mountain below. Her anticipation became stronger as the sounds grew closer..
"Could it really be him?"
