Mountain Khaki Original Mountain Pant - Gear 4 Life Approved
The Situation: When I travel, I pack light and am gone for weeks and sometimes even months at a time. I need clothing that is going to hold up and not tear when it meets a sharp railing or a rock because I'll not have a good way to replace it.
The Product: Moutain Khaki Original Mountain Pants are made out of some super durable cotton canvas material. The seams are all triple stitched and the pants have a "Diamond-Shaped Action Gusset" which makes them comfortable to move in. They've held up great through some pretty rough months I spent in Honduras. I'm never gonna have to worry about popping a seam on one of these pants because their built like a tank.
Sidenote: This is a very rugged pant but as a result it wears a little bit hotter than a pair of light hiking pants. Didn't stop me from wearing it in 90 plus, super humid weather though. Also, if you're going to be getting them really dirty, opt for a slightly darker color because it can be hard to get the mud out of this cotton.
