When did Piper and Clementine start dating?

Can I know more about the Vulpixie and Eevee you ship together?

Of course! Piper (eevee, she/her) and Clementine (vulpix, she/her) are the duo I used in my Explorers of Sky playthrough, and are both a part of Team Fate! Their story and personalities are based on the game, so if you've played Explorers you'll get a good sense of who they are.

I see them as young adults who are in their 20s by the time they graduate from the guild!
