#thanksgiving2017🍁🍂 #TimeToSetTheTable #MountainTopLiving (at Mount Hamilton)
At 5AM, I sat down in my desk and I am just reminded with a lot of things. One is SAVING MONEY. Everytime it is being mentioned, my mind lights up. I love this topic and ohh I love money too 😀😀😀 but I have it sculpted in my head that I am not how much money I saved in the bank (I don't have a lot either 😀😀😀) and what I have isn't mine even if I work hard for it. I am just being entrusted and everything is OWNED BY THE LORD. So if He will tell me to empty my bank and give it ALL, I will be more than willing too. It's not going to hurt me and I have nothing to worry because when He speaks, He has provision in mind. And yes, I can speak this with full conviction because I have tried this. The truth is, if we only save and be so full of OURSELVES, we become so arrogant and we can say whatever we want to people too. We become too bossy and too arrogant because we think we can make it up anyway with finances. And we place our identity on our money. That's pretty good but it's not going to last. I've met a lot of people who has a lot. Drive brand new cars. Has a lot of money saved in the bank. Is in good relationship. Has a high ranking possession at work but so possessed with material stuff that when not so good circumstances comes, they become restless, frantic, panicky, worried and lost their peace. Because we are stewards and JESUS IS LORD. If we gazed our eyes on Jesus and remember what He said if we are still reading His Word, we know that we have His promises on our side. So save money but don't whine when you have the opportunity to give. As my sister always used to remind me, if you can't be cheerful in giving, keep what you have to yourself😆 -#MountainTopLiving
#MountainTopLiving consists of waking up at 5:00am, prepare my coffee, read my Bible and commit one verse to memory so I could apply it in my life. Hopefully, I will not just be knowledgeable and arrogant but become God's daughter who carries #KnowledgeApp. Have a lovely weekdays precious peeps🌷
