⊂(・ω・*⊂) THE LIST (っಠ‿ಠ)っ
This list is composed of vegan "hacks" and specifically vegan items. I wont be posting items that are clearly normally vegan (ie. produce, coffee etc.) If there are any corrections, let me know ! :)
- Latte, Cappucino, Chai Latte (made w/ almond milk)
- Vanilla Birch Latte (made w/ almond milk)
- Soup of the day* (*possibly vegan depending on the day)
- Latte, Cappucino, Chai Latte, London Fog (made w/ soy or almond milk)
- Smoothies (soy, almond or apple cider!)
- Flavour syrups: Vanilla, Caramel, Hazelnut and Pumpkin Spice.
- Veggie Wrap with Hummus
- Soups: Carrot Ginger , Tomato Garlic* and West African Peanut. (*ask for no parmesan on top)
- Falafel (Ask to change the sauce to hummus!)
- Veggie Sandwich (Ask for no cheese)
- Greek Salad (Ask for no feta cheese)
(in progress b/c they have so many things...)
- Latte, Capuccino, Chai, Fundy Fog (made with almond, soy or even coconut milk!)
- Vegan Grilled Cheese, Squash grilled cheese (make sure to specify vegan cheese)
- Vegan BLT (with coconut bacon!)
- Soups* (*generally vegan, but check just in case)
- They change the baked goods a lot, but generally have vegan options available.

- Soup of the day* (*They generally have 2 soups w/ one vegan option)
- Portobello Pate Veggie Sandwich (ask for no mayo)
- Changes all the time, but always carrying vegan options.
- Veggie Burger* (*make sure to ask before ordering because they change the brand sometimes)
- Fries, Onion rings, etc. are fried in non-animal oil.
- Their pizza dough is egg free and dairy free. (Just ask for no cheese)
- Falafel (Replace the garlic sauce with hummus)
- Veggie Burger (Make sure there's no mayo or cheese)
- Fries, Onion rings, etc. fried in non-animal oil.
- Ask for guacamole on the burger (makes it so much better)
- Pizza dough is egg-free and dairy-free (just ask for no cheese)
- Bibimbap (ask for no egg, no beef)
- Japchae (ask for no beef)
- Fried Rice (ask for no egg)
(Bonus: you can add grilled tofu (3$) to any of these for extra protein!)
