A Stupid Challenge || Aaron & Mikaela

Aaron stood outside the club he and Mikaela had agreed on, tapping his foot as he watched the patrons file in. Young drunk people mostly. Aaron had decided to forgo the booze tonight, he was here for a bet, not a party. A bet he was pretty sure he was going to win, even if the stakes were only the satisfaction of being right. He wasn't even particularly confident Mikaela was going to show. With every passing second he expected another text, explaining how something came up and they'd have to do it another night. 

He didn't know her all that well, but she seemed sweet, if a little dramatic, and sweet didn't generally go all that well with petty crime. Sure, she talked a good game, but lots of people talked a good game. Talking was easy. Actually doing was a lot harder. Admittedly, she had managed to surprise him a little by taking the bet at all, but he wasn't at all confident she was actually going to go through with it and steal something. Did she even know how to steal something? He doubted it. Aaron pulled his phone from his back pocket, checking both the time and any new messages from Mikaela and glanced around, wondering if she would really show.

Help!  I Need Somebody }} Imogen & Mikaela

Imogen waited on her bed until help came, hands tucked between her legs and foot tapping an incessant beat.  The busted doorknob was sitting carefully beside her on the bedspread where she could keep an eye on it in case it decided to do anything else funny.  That knob had been there all year and there wasn't so much as a scratch on it before this morning, and now it looked like it had been put through a gravel crusher.  Imogen was stumped.  Then she jumped when she thought she heard footsteps down the hall.

Gabby: They are best friends forever.  Mackenzie is really grateful that Gabby got her the summer job. She's cautious with her actual trust of anyone, but she has a feeling Gabby might be able to wear her down. She sort of reminds her of Unique in their similar bright demeanors.

Mikaela: In theory, in terms of their interests, these two should be friends. Sneaking in to an old sanitorium would, under another set of circumstances would mean an instant, if superficial, friendship. But the sweet facade can make Mackenzie's stomach churn. And as much as Mackenzie finds relationship drama the most mundane thing possible, she feels like she might face something over Theo.

What the Night Holds || Mikaela + Mackenzie

Mackenzie sighed, crossing the street to the park, glancing down the road as she jogged. She was a little early reaching the park, considering she only had to cross the street, so she found a bench that looked the cleanest and took a seat, crossing her arms and waiting for Mikaela. As she waited her night with Netflix started to look more and more appealing than going out. She shifted a bit uncomfortably, wondering what the night had in store for her. She sighed and stood up, starting to pace, needing to move around a bit.
