土曜日のスノーシュー英語ツアーレポートです。海外からのお客様も段々と戻ってきて嬉しい今日この頃。 山は膝ラッセルのフワパウで美しい森に。皆さん体力あり、山の稜線まで行くことができました。静寂で美しい日本の雪山を満喫していただけました。 ツアー後はチッカ小屋でおもてなし。ヴィーガンリクエストだったので、一応本で予習したところ、ポイントは魚だしを使用せずにいかに旨みを出すのかや、タンパク質の摂取方法など。野菜をたくさん使用する和食は、ヴィーガンフードにしやすそうなところも、新たな気づきとなりました。 海外からのお客様をお迎えする時は、登山もその他のことも、より個性豊かな世界に。山を通して世界を旅しているようで、なんだか楽しい山旅時間となります◎ 湯沢は一昨日からストーム中❄️ 明日2/16は秋葉山スノーシュー、2/17は八海山スノーシューツアーを予定しています。明日からは晴れて、稜線から絶景がみられそうな予感ですので予定あうかたはぜひ。 Here is a report on Saturday's snowshoe English tour.
