major storm tonight. my new house might lose power. but i have gas heat and a gas water heater so i’ll shower and eat in the dark if i have to!!!

This new flat is much more like an actual place intended for living long-term and not a crappy €70/night hotel room. There are like cabinets to store things in, an outer and inner door the hallway (standard in Finland but lacking in my previous place) and so on.

Everyone's going to hate me tomorrow for not cleaning up the flat well enough before they come over for the move and it's going to be a disaster and we're not going to get it done in time and everything will go wrong and I'll definitely be really tired because I'm not asleep yet.

Absolutely no notes. I think every aspiring slasher director should have this movie as mandatory viewing.  The story has a simple but compel

This is an instant classic to me & I absolutely loved it. It won’t be for everyone. If you go in expecting the kind of fairly tame slasher with maybe some social commentary & an overall comfort movie vibe & likable heroes that get to win that we’ve come to expect in the 2020s you will be caught off guard.

But if you’re a fan of classic fucked up no holds barred gruesome slashers? You’re in for a treat.
