Moving Shop

Since I’m tired of Tumblr flagging posts multiple times just because they get reblogged, I’m going to functionally pull the plug on this blog and move back over to WordPress--which has its issues, but flagging ain’t one of ‘em. However, unlike last time, I’m going to try to cross-post on a weekly basis, barring Tumblr being a complete ass about it.

Current plan:

Revamp the WordPress blog (Secretly Rembrandt) and turn it into a weekly exploration of the visuals from one episode of the show at a time. Cross-post if both platforms cooperate.

Once that’s up and running, update Bunker Blueprints with visuals from s14 and some edits suggested via comments

Finally, build a site dedicated to the motel sets created by Jerry Wanek & Co. over the years. I’ve been wanting to do that for a while. Will announce the link over here once that goes live.

I’m still very active over on LiveJournal (RSS feed available) if you want to hang out there, and if you friend me on Dreamwidth I’ll friend you back. I have a profile on PillowFort but doubt I’m going to do anything with it.

Hope to see some of you over on Secretly Rembrandt--I really want to have a chance to talk about the cinematography outside of reblogging peoples’ tag meta.

((Due to the recent Octo-Expansion and a certain someone not giving up on my muse popular demand, this blog is getting a bit of a reboot.

Firstly, I’m going to set this blog up as a secondary blog to my OC blog (which is also being moved)! I’ll drop the link soon, but no work has been done over on that end. Please have patience!

Secondly, regarding the work that’s going to go in to the refurbished blog, there are going to be some story overhauls based on head-cannon I developed after watching the DLC trailer. And some art to go along with it! I finally got my things together and got a tablet! I was never really happy with the layout of either this blog or my aforementioned OC blog, so hopefully I can also iron all of that out.

As an itemized list:

Move blogs over to the new URL’s (the Amatanis’/OCs’ blog will be the primary, and Spyke/Murch’s blog will be a secondary off of that).

Find better blog infrastructure

Re-work the Amatanis’ story with the new headcannon/information.

Make some digital art

Quite the list, but I can get it done! I’ll see y’all on the other side!))
