catching up.
@mpairmid
The Flower Mill had been just the most perfect setting for this small friendly reuniting when the goddess had stumbled upon it. Truly, she’d been searching for coffee one morning before work and this charming little place instantly took her heart. She knew then, and even now as she sat in one of the chairs at the table on the porch, idly watching people come and go as she waited for her invitee to show; it was perfect. Kuan Yin hadn’t seen Airmid in quite some time. In what felt like a lifetime ago. Things had been falling apart, on both their ends and though she’d offered what help she could, it was problems that took time to salve over.
Still, she was more than excited to see her longest running friend again. Who would’ve thought she would be here all this time? Yinnie guessed she should have known, considering Airmids love and care of the people and creatures. A love that rivaled only Yin’s it seemed. But that was why they got along so well. Absently in thought, the woman lifted her coffee cup and took a refreshing sip of it just as the familiar feeling of Airmid slipped down her spine. She had tells for most of the deities she’d come in contact with over the years, and could always tell them apart. Blue orbs shifted across the space until she saw her, moving to stand up and wave a hand across the air to catch her attention. “Middie! Over here!”
