Week 8 Finally walking! I still can't put full weight on it, and I know how to walk with one crutch, but I'm so scared of falling I'm sticking with 2 for now. My flexion is at 130° which is considered "full" ROM 🙄 I'm not satisfied with this. My other leg goes to 150-155° and I want to sit in my favorite positions again! So despite the fact that they tell me I may never get my full range back, I'm going to push and keep pushing until my heel touches my butt 😂 Its said that you can achieve anything that you set your mind to.
