Since we know that the “wax figures” in Myron’s house were actually real living people, I’d like to share an idea about how they could have gotten there

I talked about it with a friend (@scribellion), so she also had some of these ideas. Wanna give proper credit duh, we shared a braincell in that moment (also check her out pwease, good good art she do)

When Jacob and Emma came to him they even changed clothes and replaced their old with newer and fancy clothes, right? And like—the “wax figures” we’ve seen were dressed all fancy too.

SO what if every wax figure wasn’t exactly kindapped, but invited. They all had the same conversation with Myron (not exactly the same of course) with him telling them a bunch of stuff about him, the house and what he does, Peculiardom’s past and ancient times and they had tea—and here it comes. Maybe Myron put something in the tea to make them fall asleep and after he was talking and talking and them having fallen asleep, he would do whatever he did to them and eventually turn them into “wax figures”. So I guess Jacob wasn’t quite wrong with “he probably wants to add us to his collection”, except that Myron in that case actually needed Jacob and for once didn’t do that.

AND I FORGOT TO MENTION—Nim was used to the story, he even sat down to listen to his favourite part. So maybe Nim has seen many of these conversations happen and maybe even helped Myron do these things 👀 (Nim is still an innocent lil bean tho)

Honestly, I can’t imagine him forcing people out of their loops. Like he’s an old man, he wants them to come to him and not the other way around.

(Tbh I’d become a wax figure lmao. I would definitely wanna have tea and listen to all the stories he’s got to tell)
