P90X (Classic): Day 14: Who Needs Caffeine

So, it was apparent that the previous day’s rest and food gave me a huge boost in energy this day. It was so pleasant that morning to start with a bit of yoga, complete Kempo X, and follow that up with Stretch X. I loved the combo, and it was nice to do it in the cool of the morning while also, getting my laundry done. In a strange way, it felt like another kind of chill way to rest through the more but in workout kind of way.
