Not my favourite trope (I usually steer pretty clear of them both reading and writing wise), but it’s not so outside my comfort zone that I won’t write you. That is, as long as I’m allowed to treat it seriously rather than going ‘lol pregnant guy’.
And I’ve read some Star Wars novels, but if you want to know if I have read a specific one, Nonnie, you’ll have to specify which one (or which ones).
Even if I haven’t, I have practically everything that’s been published novels and RPG manuals wise plus a fair share of comics on my computer, so you just need me the titles and in an afternoon I’ll be ok.
(Not kidding about the time needed to get myself up to date on the novels thing. I’m a pretty speedy reader. Not as fast as I was as a teen, when I powered through all of the Lord of the Rings trilogy in under eight hours on a dare, but still pretty damn fast.)
