💕Celebrating the union of Amaterasu and Eros💕

Krystal was warming up to these island events as time went on and she was always a sucker for a wedding. Love always fascinated her and celebrating the love between two fo the islands' most beloved gods caused a warmth to pool in her heart. She arrives with @mpxvalentina at her side, dressed in a long marroon dress. A daring choice for the insecure demigoddess due to the large open shoulders, deep v-neck and the long slit showing off her legs and tall black boots. She is also showing off black and gold accessories as well as her new shorter hair style.

“Noona!” Felix exclaimed, running right up to Valentina and giving her an excited hug when he saw her. “You look so pretty! Are you having fun?” He asked, pulling back to look at her. Honestly, her outfit did bring a slight blush to his cheeks, but she looked stunning nonetheless-- she was so pretty, she could have shown up in anything and been the bell of the ball, in his opinion. Besides, he supposed he had seen her in less (accidentally).

“Do you want to dance? Maybe you can teach me some moves!” He was enthusiastic, but admittedly not very good at dancing. He was all limbs, like a newborn colt.

moving boxes◦

Valentina was stood in front of her open apartment door, moving to pick up a box from the stack in the hallway, when she heard him speak. Her eyes took in the man in the hall as she lifted one of the boxes into her arms. “I don’t think that’s right but yes, I figured moving in early would give me more time to unpack.” A warm smile graced her lips as she turned to slide the box into her apartment before coming back to the stack of boxes.

“Do you live in the building?”

tohil’s gaze rests on the young girl for a while as she lifts a box and takes him in in turn, expression relaxed the entire time. he has no worry that he might be seen as impolite because he kept a respectable physical distance the entire time and is just standing there gazing at her with his hands in his pockets, clearly interested in meeting this new person inhabiting the apartment building.

as she slides the box inside of her apartment then shoots a question at him, he smiles both friendly and amused, but shakes his head lightly. “no, not this particular one but i do live nearby.” he’s not entirely sure if he should straight away throw himself into the confessions, but decides he can at least help her get all her boxes inside first so she can have whatever reaction she will have to the news in the confines of her own apartment.

“need some help with these?” he nods his head at the boxes leftover in front of her door, but his eyes never fully leave the demigoddess, drinking in the sight of her. it hasn’t been that long since he last saw her, but a passing glance is always different than actually being there with her, talking to her, getting to finally figure out what sort of person his daughter has become under the what he thought were capable hands of her mother and her stepfather.

but then there is the slight matter of the mess she found herself in recently - the biggest reason why he’d decided to help guide her to the island - and the fact that he knows she’s mostly here because she’s looking for her true father. will the knowledge of who that is change anything about her or will she just take it in stride and continue on on the impressive path she’s already walked so far?

he figures time will tell.

“You are absolutely right,” Valentina said as she was finally granted a break from their nonstop laughter. “laugh lines are the best lines.” She wasn’t sure what brought them to this moment. One moment they’re sat on Tohil’s couch joking with the god about who knows what then when he left the two ended up in some other conversation that left the two almost tumbling to the floor. Laughing so hard the two were at risk of falling right off his couch.

She wiped a tear from her eye as she caught her breath, her laughter finally dying down. Since they’d both caught the giggles she was trying to remember what they’d talked about to get here, and was coming up empty. Once they’d both finally gotten back to normal Valentina gave Ash a warm smile. “You’ve got a great laugh.”

Her stomach hurts with the strain of too much laughter, her eyes are moist with tears spilled simply out of too much joy and she’s still rubbing the pain out of her side when Valentina turns to her, smiling with such warmth that for a moment she needs to pause and take it in properly. Then she beams one of her own fond smiles right back at the other girl, and lets the mood settle back into that level of absolute comfort they’ve somehow managed to reach.

“Thank you,” she says with sincerity. “I think that’s a nice compliment. Laughter makes people feel happier and if I’ve got great laughter that means I’ll never have to feel embarrassed about trying to cheer people up with it.” She grins widely at Valentina, then casually shifts herself around so she can throw her legs over the back rest of the couch and look at Valentina from that somewhat strange position.

“What were we talking about again, though? I can’t seem to recall,” she admits then, and suddenly the giggles return to her as she finds herself once more laughing because of the silliness of it all.

Early Clubbing | ValDes

Valentina peeked out into the main floor of the club from backstage. She was rehearsing early in the morning and told Eros she would lock up when she was done. What she didn’t plan on was a voice to cascade in from the front and she was taken off guard, believing she’d locked the door behind her when she came in. All of her red flags were telling her to pretend she wasn’t there but, she knew she could handle herself should this be dangerous. So with a sigh, she stepped out onto the stage to see who had called out into the club.

“Can I help you?”

It’s one of those days where Hades is not required to head into work and therefore finds himself with nothing much to do except maybe try and find someone to help him get through the boring days. One of those particular someones is, of course, his best friend, and Hades figures that Minx might be the best place to find the other god early in the morning. There is, of course, always the chance that the other god has already gone home, but that is a risk he’s willing to take.

It’s not very hard to enter the club even though it’s locked, he simply pulls the spare key he was given from his pocket and enters the place. There’s some noise coming from the inside, so he figures there must be someone there, but that is still no guarantee for it being Eros himself, and so he politely inquires whether anyone is around. It takes a moment but then a girl steps out onto the stage to look at him and Hades smiles at her politely, despite the general level of disappointment he feels inside.

“Oh, well,” he says, voice light despite it all. “You have a little bit too much cleavage to be the one I’m looking for.” He sends the girl a slight grin, then motions a hand at the entire place in general. “Eros still around or did he go home already?”

His eyes take in the female a little longer, but he knows after not too long already that she is not someone he knows. It’s not often that new employees enter Minx, so he naturally follows up his earlier words with: “You must be new here?”

 It’s the pain that eventually pulls him from the unexpected and deep unconsciousness he had been in for hours. Dakota slowly tries to open his eyes- only one is responsive and he grunts in frustration. What he cannot see is that the other is only kept shut from dried blood that came down from a wound on his head, the red of it soaked into the light blue bandana that he had tied there. A cut goes right through the fabric near the folded top edge and into the tan skin of his forehead under it. What the fresh hell? He pushes up from where he was laying and winces instantly as his head feels like splitting fully open and his stomach threatens to unload its contents right there on the dirt.

 Dirt? The demigod touches the ground then his senses come to life; dirt, wet tree smells, the quiet that surrounds him. This is Pan’s forest. Why is he here? Of all places? And hurting again. For a moment panic rises in his throat. Had Pan and he fought… like that terrible time before? No! That can’t be the case- they have nothing to fight over anymore. He strikes the idea from his mind before he looks around to see if he can find anything that clues him into things.

 “Oh..shit.” He’s not the only one. Not far from him he spots another figure. Putting aside his own injury the Mayan demigod tries again to move to get over to the other person he can see. The distance is short but it feels like miles to him with this headache and the way his legs feel like jelly under his weight.

 “Hey...hey,” he says when he finally makes it to the other person- some young male. He’s got a face Dakota has only seen in passing but it worries him. They’re uncorrelated to each other and that means this is dangerous. The witch he is takes over and he begins to check for vitals with the intent to heal and help if needed.

[ SMS ] GASP! You can’t smack me, that’s child abuse! D: [ SMS ] Listen, I remember the important things! Sometimes. I may have also written it down. [ SMS ] Noted. I didn’t expect people to just be like nAKED- [ SMS ] Speaking of which, can I come out of the bathroom now? Is it safe? O.O

Why yes, he was hiding from half-naked burlesque dancers in the bathroom. Why do all my noonas have to work in such inappropriate places? He lamented to himself, sighing dramatically. In fact, a majority of his friends worked either at the brothel or the burlesque club. Interesting, how that had worked out.

"Eh? Questions?" Yeji perked up, curiosity filling her smile as she stargazed towards Valentina. Vibrant and exuberant people tend to attract Yeji's attention quite a lot and adding Valentina's confident aura, she also taught pole dancing which made Yeji interested. "Ah, you mean the tail? Maybe they won't be an issue, I can use it quite well and even grip for short periods!" She wiggled her fur enthusiastically. "I really want to learn Miss Valentina!"
