I see Packenham as being a tad similar in personality to Simmons only less perky. And I see Mr. Frank as a shadow version of Simmons, older and more cynical, probably lives alone aside from a pet. Both are balding.

Woh those are interesting observations?  I don’t think I have anything I could add to that.  You pretty much hit the nail on the head here.   👏👏👏👏
