As I stated in my headcanons list, one of my headcanons for the Jolly Olly Man is that he owns several dresses and heels. I like to think he enjoys wearing them outside of work. Of course, he learns pretty early on how easy it is to flash your underpants with a dress on. I intended for him to be in a relaxed pose, only to feel a breeze and find out that his skirt is being blown up to the point of exposing his underpants. (Yes, I headcanon that he wears boxers.) I took inspiration from Maryellen Larkin from the American Girl franchise for his dress and Sailor Venus from the Sailor Moon franchise for his shoes. Considering how well his default outfit covers his body, I had to guess what his figure looks like; I have a feeling he's pretty skinny.
