Ah, I changed that bit of his backstory. So all three of the toys currently introduced are handmade. :)
But if he were mass produced, I don't think he would've known until he went outside or something lol

Francis was a hand-made present from his dad. Actually, Francis and Arthur were given to Mattie around the same time. While Mr. USA was a birthday present.
