You should wait a few months because Nintendo just launched the “New 3DS” in Japan and it’ll be coming to North America in 2015 with added power, faster internet, built in Amiibo support, and extra buttons.

jesus christ how many extra versions of the 3ds are they going to release i swear. honestly it sounds tempting (especially after reading a little about it on wiki) but unless it gets a really cheap launch price which is completely unlikely, im probably just going to grab one of the refurbished XLs off the nintendo site, because im cheap. x_X

"Costume Quest 2" is actually set to be released this Halloween, though if you're looking for something before then you should check out "Paper Mario" for Gamecube (and Wii Virtual Console.)

Yessss, good!!! I had heard that there was going to be another CQ but I had no idea it was going to come out like...this year! And I'll have to keep an eye out for Paper Mario when I hit up the game store again, since right now my Gamecube is just...kind of collecting dust in the corner right now.

Brilliant.  Actually, I ended up going with Bioshock 2 because the disc was already in my 360.  I must have intended to start it at some point and then never did, haha!

I still haven't played through any of the games in the series yet, but wasn't the DLC suppose to fix the ending to ME3 (or at least make it better)?

Yeah, the Extended Cut DLC makes the ending...passably better, it actually explains what HAPPENS after you make your choices instead of just "flash of light, boom credits". Personally for me my gripe is not so much the ending, which is just icing on the garbage cake that is the third game, and more the entire third game in general. I could go on for hours about all the things I dislike in it (even moreso that I'm replaying it right now), but I'll just say that it decided the best way to deal with a huge portion of the lore established in the first games was to take a huge steaming shit on it.

THAT SAID. It's one of my favorite game series, I have 150+ hours in each game and while it doesn't make up for everything else the third game has probably the best DLC of the series. So despite the way I sound like I hate everything Mass Effect I think anyone with a passing interest should play it. :V (play it)

Yeah, i was a little disappointed by that as well, though they sort of do both with some of the alt costumes and different versions of characters (like The Mandarin.)

I did notice that the villains so far have just been the classic villains.  I just started, though, so I'm glad to hear that eases up.  I mean, before even starting the second mission, there was a shawarma reference.  =/
