i haven’t watched the new sam.urai ja.ck episode but i’m not sure if i wanna watch it anymore (small spoilers below)

bruh why did... WHY DID THEY HAVE TO MAKE JACK AND ASHI GET TOGETHER....... BLEASE... I SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE FORESHADOWING VIA THE WEIRD OVERSEXUALIZATION OF ASHI BUT I JUST ATTRIBUTED IT TO LIKE “JUST MALE CREATOR QUIRKS™️”, BRO SHE’S A CHILD!!! JACK IS LITERALLY LIKE 70!! it’s not even like link from botw where he was in a coma for 100 years, like technically link is 120 or whatever but since he’s only lived like 20 years he’s still a young adult, BUT JACK... HE’S LIVED THROUGH HIS 50 YEARS HE LEGIT 70+ YEARS OLD WHY

i know i sound like a disgruntled shipper or whatnot but for me one of the appeals of samurai jack was that he wasn’t paired with anyone, even if he was kind of paired with someone in the show it was like at least with someone who was his equal and like..... I’M SO TIRED, WHY DID I EVEN BOTHER TO BRING MY HOPES UP FOR THIS SHOW 8) 8) 8)

i’m watching a lab safety vid and this one girl tries to put a flame to a lab coat to test its flame resistance, and the other person wearing the coat was like “no the lab is not a place to play around”

it instantly made me think to the time when a grad student put acetone on a glass table and then set it on fire for shits and giggles

i'm trying to draw a friend something and all he said was to make it cute but... WHAT IS CUTE..... IVE BEEN TRYING TO WRACK MY BRAINS OVER IT FOR SO LONG I CANT JUDGE IF A THING IS CUTE ENOUGH OR NOT.....

finally watched the new ep and it was as bad if not worse than i thought

i wanted to try watching the anime for al/l out but since i don’t have the attention span for anime i kinda stopped, and recently i finally gave in and started reading the manga

and i fucking love it??? LIKE ALL THE CHARACTERS ARE SO GOOD AND THE CHARACTER DESIGNS ARE INTERESTING.... plus they hit all the good points of rugby and the mangaka knows their stuff, like i really like how the main thing is that you can’t win alone, you cant depend on one person and that’s so true!!! I’M SO GLAD MY PRAYERS FOR A RUGBY ANIME HAS BEEN ANSWERED!!!!!

plus like gion finally scored a try and he started crying like HONESTLY I FEEL LIKE I’D DO THE SAME, IVE BEEN PLAYING FOR 4 YEARS AND I HAVEN’T MADE A TRY ONCE, I GOTTA DO IT AT LEAST ONCE BEFORE I GRADUATE

overall great series the emotional parts fuckin kill me and the character development is great 8′)

what’s cool and reassuring is that a lab mate and i still haven’t started a take home final that’s due tomorrow

what’s less cool is that this lab mate and i are the only ones working on the damn lab report which forces us to not work on the other class’ final, like what the fuck where’s everyone else
