South Park x JTHM

In the JTHM universse, there is a Sickness, which can manifest as mental illness. Johnny and Devi have been affected by this Sickness. I feel that maybe the Sickness originates from Johnny, slowly losing himself and projecting all his urges onto beings like the Doughboys and Nailbunny, which are an integral part of his character. Kind of reminds me of that one SP episode where Mr. Garrison sees a therapist about Mr. Hat, and the therapist just tells him that Mr. Hat is a part of him expressing desires he wishes to conceal, so maybe… Mr. Garrison could be infected with the sickness??

Mr. Garrison did try to murder Kathy Lee Gifford in early South Park... so,,,,,
