Mr. Sweeney is another Alias of Forkle (or at least an elf)
I was skimming through the graphic novel and noticed that Mr. Sweeney has blue eyes, an annoying temper, and was constantly not letting Sophie zone out during school. I wouldn't be surprised if Forkle decided to have another alias just to follow Sophie around at her school, probably going there a bit after Sophie left her house so that he can arrive at the school relatively at the same time as Sophie. If not Forkle (and we have way too many of those), then another elf in the Black Swan, probably a minor character. As rude as Mr. Sweeney is to Sophie, he probably would be annoying her constantly to make sure that she paid attention because the Black Swan would not want Sophie to pick up bad learning habits before going to the Lost Cities (although originally supposed to be older when leaving the Forbidden Cities).
If Forkle is Sweeney though, then that makes Leto, Astin, Forkle himself, and Mr. Sweeney four out of the five alias. If that were true, then Shannon could easily share that, probably as a comment off to the side, so that the last identity could be revealed later. I have a feeling that she just said five identities so that she would not have to worry whenever she wanted to add another identity to Forkle. Theoretically, he could also be Jurek, which would make identity number five. If these were his other aliases, I feel like they would only be revealed after the main series ends, likely in a short story where Sophie has a task where she has to move one of the animals from Havenfield into the sanctuary, and then Jurek reveals himself to be Mr. Forkle, who then mentions that he was also Mr. Sweeney. It would probably be some smaller thing that would not have that much of a meaning, but just be a little "oh, by the way, here are a couple more answers for you".
