Personality: A bubbly fellow whose heart is always on his sleeve, Mr. Telli is a fun-loving individual, always stopping to smell the roses and take the time to teach any baby Pokemon he comes across about the wondrous world they live in. And always in an engaging and entertaining way, too! Mr. Telli is of the belief that learning should always be fun for everyone involved, because fun things stick in the mind more often than boring ones, and he's not entirely wrong about that. He's very encouraging, patient, and accommodating of those who partake in his lessons, making sure everyone has a fun time. He's been doing this for so long, though, that he feels like he's forgetting something... oh, but it should be nothing important, right?
Story: Somewhere in the world of Pokemon, a group of scientists wanted to conduct an experiment. They knew it was possible to transfer a human soul into a Pokemon's body, but they couldn't help but wonder- what if the soul hated the body? What if it proved incompatible in some way, and the soul needed to be transferred to a different Pokemon entirely? Many of them had more than a few hypotheses about this, so several tests needed to be run. One of them- Test #201- involved a human soul being transferred into a Psyduck, who actually came around to the concept of being such a creature after a few weeks.
Unfortunately, that's not what the point of that particular test was. The scientists, at that point, just wanted to see what could possibly happen if a content soul was then transferred to a new body, with no warning.
... a Goodra woke up on a beach several days later, with no memory of himself, other than three things.
One, his name. Telli Vischon. He'll just shorten it to Mr. Telli for now.
Two, his species. It'd be hard to forget that, at least.
Three, his life goal. To entertain little ones and help them learn about the world in a fun way. He told this all to a Chansey he met on that same beach- one named Lucy Mousse- who seemed very interested in such things, and the two of them began to travel together, hoping to achieve their goals of entertaining this new world they both found themselves in.
Appearance: An average-looking Goodra in size and shape for the most part, with very few distinct features. A pair of broken black glasses sit up on his head, a Plain Ribbon wraps around his neck and is tied into a bowtie at the front, and a small patch of goo on the top of his head deviates wildly from the purple of the rest of his body- from left to right, it goes from black, to grey, to bright yellow, to electric blue, to lime green, to light fuchsia, to cherry red, to ocean blue.
Other: Due to the nature of how Mr. Telli came about, there's the slight possibility of his moves temporarily becoming other moves entirely, depending on the circumstances they're used in. (i.e.: Acid Spray could become Sludge Bomb & Flail could become Body Slam if Mr. Telli's panicked, Rain Dance could inexplicably become Sunny Day if he's super cheerful, Dragon Pulse could become Outrage if he becomes angered enough by something.)
