Well, this is a buck I named Mr Cranky. I was blessed to be able to finally see this beast at last legal light with my own eyes on my personal last day of hunting this year. Unfortunately, this smart big old burly buck heard me draw my bow and knew he was on my radar and scattered into the midst of the woods. I’ve learned with hunting, no matter how hard you try, you don’t always get what you want. But lessons are learned along the way and I am grateful to have even seen this whitetail that was haunting my cameras this year and the past 3 years.
