one thing I've noticed with the masked fools is that they're either a reference or named after a piece of land
Sampo: either referencing the mythological artifact "Sampo" or the comedy sci-fi show MST3K (specifically the part where they review the film 'the day the earth froze' which also has to do with the Sampo)
Sparkle: Kurumi Tokisaki and/or the joker with the copius amount of times she says "why so serious"
Giovanni: Giovanni, leader of team rocket from Pokemon
Zhongshan: city in china
Bragi: norse god of poetry (while not being a media reference, I feel like poetry can be connected to the path of Elation) (also it's norse mythology specifically, same origin as Sampo)
Hamilton: referncing the extremly popular musical Hamilton
Avila: city in Spain
Mr. France: referencing the country France
