I don’t have any good photos as I didn’t have my screencapture thing set up, and I had forgotten to enable the console so I can pause time and freecam the camera to a good angle. Needless to say, it looks far better in motion.

ok w/out spoiling 2 much the Big Event everything’s building up to is the 27th anniversary of relay 314
cause i figure turians use a base-6 number system rather than our base-10, so the numbers 3 and 6 are as nice to them as 5 and 10 are to us, so 27 (3 to the 3rd power) is a Really Nice Number in their culture
so while humans are all “yeah 25th anniversary of first contact, yeah 30th anniversary!!” the turians get more hyped for the 27th anniversary cause that’s a more major number for them (30 would still be pretty neat cause it’s a multiple of three, but it’s nowhere near as cool beans as 27)
