"Y-you think so...?" With hopeful, cheery eyes, Lu Han shyly presents the small bag of treats he had prepared for the other. There wasn't any particular celebration, but the exciting thought of some surprise treats drove him into baking a dozen--or so he thinks there's only a dozen, who knows, there could be more-- cookies which came in varieties of flavors. "I made them all for you!"

Daffodil:What’s the most thoughtful present you’ve ever received?

"It may sound strange, since she came from a complete stranger, but I am so thankful for Duck. When I was too bashful or shy to approach my speaking friends with my problems, I talked to Duck… and listening to myself speak often helped me sort out my thoughts. Besides that, she is very cute, and it picks up my spirits when things feel particularly dark."

Locust:What was your favorite book as a child?

"There was one about an alien who lost his way on a planet, and he hid in a farmer’s crops, but the farmer treated him nicely instead of scolding him, because he saw the alien was just scared, and when the alien fell asleep, his parents found him and thanked the farmer before taking the alien home." Vartouhi’s eyes swam with nostalgic tears as she recalled it, and she looked down, trying to hide it. "I cannot recall the title."
