I'm sorry, TimPai was so unsatisfying this week. Why did we not get an on-screen conversation about Tim's past? Why did we not get a confession about Tim's debt? We're also not getting a confrontation with his parents about abandoning him with no notice, forcing him to take on their debt while they fled to China? Is the implication that they went to China in the first place to pay off the debt and Tim wanted to help make it go away faster? Why is Tim involved with the loan shark at all, then? His parents can just travel back and forth when they please, but Tim can't without getting dragged in front of loan shark guy? What parts of Tim's recounting of his past does Pai not believe? I have QUESTIONS!!
