Historical background of the shop :
The owner of the business is Mr. Mohd Zaid B. Nasib (Mr. Zaid), 28 years old. He starts the business ZABU on January 2016. Mr. Zaid is a business minded person when he is actually a bread agent who delivers various type of bread in Petaling Jaya area and he is also an agent of Bank Simpanan Nasional. He bought the burger stall from previous owner with the price of RM500.00 and he started the business by his own modal early on 2016.
Historical background of the products sold :
Meat of the burger such as chicken and beef are supply by Ramly meat agent at Sri Manja, Petaling Jaya when its price is cheaper than market price. While Mr. Zaid buy the other ingredients such as bread, sauce and vegetables at Matahari Supermarket, Kg. Medan, Petaling Jaya. He started to sell burger when he realized that burger is one of the Malaysian favourite.

The values propositon on Mr. Haw business are:
- ZABU offers free burger every Friday, final week on every month with limited quantity which is a ‘niche’ for the business.
- ZABU offers bank activities such as bill payment, cash deposit, BSN account opening, eSSP and mobile prepaid at its shop for customers.
- The price of each burger is affordable with it delicious taste.

Taman Desaria is live with large number of Malay and Indian races. So, there is high demand on chicken meat compare with beef. I have been informed by Mr. Zaid that most popular menu was Chicken Burger that starts with the price from RM 2.70.
My opinion about the shop :
I would like to recommend few things on Zaid Burger business :
1- Mr. Zaid should think of to prepare table and chair for customers to eat at there instantly
2.- ZABU could offer drinks to their customers and offer it as combo menu. (Burger + drink)
3.- They should start to have social medias to build up their network to attract customers.
